Overnight Direct Support Professionals
Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) assist individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities who have night needs. DSPs also assist in household duties to help maintain a pleasant home environment. DSPs will act as advocates for the individual, in communicating their needs, self expression and goals.
Overnight Direct Support Professionals typically work three 12-hour shifts per week.
DSP Qualifications:

At least 19 years of age

Has a high school diploma/GED

Has a current and valid driver's license (non-driving positions available)

Meet CLO's driving requirements

Experience working with special needs population is a plus
