Rick began his service with GoodLife, called CLO at the time, in 2008, initially serving as a direct support professional. After a lengthy stint as the assistant coordinator of the joint CLO/Walmart recycling center in Lawrence, he has most recently led the training department in providing high quality training in order to create the strongest possible staff for the men and women we support. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Kansas.
