Connie expertly brings together individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) and caring, professional families who are excited to share their life experiences with others. Connie has more than 30 years of extensive experience advocating for and supporting families across Kansas as an in-home family therapist, Executive Director of the Douglas County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program, Kansas CASA President and Program Manager for KVC Behavioral Healthcare. She holds a Ph.D in Developmental and Child Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from the University of Kansas.
