Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas, her master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences at the University of Kansas (KU), and her Ph.D. in Behavioral Psychology at the KU. Nicole is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and has provided behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the lifespan for the last 10 years. Her research interests are centered around addressing the gap often found between published literature and direct clinical services and she pursues this line of research at GoodLife Innovation in collaboration with the organization’s partnership with the department of Applied Behavioral Sciences at KU. Nicole is passionate about expanding the reach of behavioral support services and disseminating feasible evidenced-based practices across populations.
