It’s a ways off but, Children’s Mercy hospital is hosting a Transition to Adulthood Family Education Day on June 10th from 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM at the Children’s Mercy Research Institute Conference Room 1. This conference is a great opportunity for parents, guardians, family members, and more to learn more about medically complex young adults and the medical, social, and legal processes of adulthood transition.
