On Thursday & Friday, GoodLife’s Mike Strouse and Megan McKinney Todd attended the Arc’s National Convention in Denver, Colorado. The Arc’s Convention is an opportunity to connect and learn with advocates, professionals, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families. 

Dr. Strouse presented on labor strategies to introduce attendees to GoodLife U’s comprehensive toolbox for measuring and addressing organizational instability. 

Dr. Strouse shared specific strategies proven to increase provider margins and direct support professional wages and improve payroll and benefits in addition to discussing unique approaches for front/back-half scheduling and vacancy coordination.
