At GoodLife, we all know how amazing Melba McNichols is!  As the Director of Goodlife’s Day and Work Services, she works tirelessly with her team to make our Day Services Programs, TEAM Work and job opportunities fun, meaningful and fulfilling for our men and women.  But did you know Melba is also a cancer survivor?  In February 2017, Melba was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (ALM).  She has been in remission for almost 5 years, but it was not an easy road for her.  We are so proud of Melba being recognized as a 2021 Honor Hero for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night event on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Cleveland Chiropractic Clinic in Overland Park.  Please take this opportunity to thank Melba for her dedication, strength and let her know how much we appreciate having her as part of the GoodLife team!
