We’re excited to share that Sunflower Health Plan, together with the Centene Foundation, has awarded a generous $200,000 grant to GoodLife Innovations! This grant will help us enhance behavioral health support for Kansans with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
With this funding, GoodLife will expand our reach and provide more preventive training and support to home and community-based services (HCBS) providers and targeted case managers (TCMs) across Kansas. This initiative includes Healthy Behavioral Practices training, systems reviews, individualized behavior plans, and specialized peer-led quality reviews. We’re thrilled about this partnership and the positive impact it will have on the lives of those we support!
